Payment Policy |

| Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserce exhibit space. This deposit must be received in our office before a booth will be reserved. A space contract and exhibitor's packet will be issued upon receipt of reservation and deposit. Telephone reservations will be held if deposit is received within 7 days of request. All balances must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the show.
